These terms apply when you use dvablabs.com or place an order through The Indian Jewellery Store (TIJS), operated by DVAB LABS Private Limited, Maharashtra, India. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
TIJS is a B2B platform for businesses — jewellery brands, retailers, designers, and manufacturers. You should be 18 or older and authorised to make purchasing decisions for your business.
Order timelines vary by type. Catalogue orders typically take 10 to 15 days. Customisation orders take 15 to 20 days. Custom design orders depending on the order size. These are estimates. If something changes, we will tell you before it affects your order.
Every order goes through two rounds of quality verification before shipping. Lab-grown diamonds come with GIA, SGL or IGI certification. 925 silver carries hallmarking. If a product does not match its documented specifications, we will replace it or refund you.
We accept returns if the product does not match its specifications, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item. Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with photos and unboxing videos. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Any design you submit to us for manufacturing remains yours. We do not claim ownership over customer-submitted designs. Our platform, code, and content belong to DVAB LABS Private Limited.
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will note the date at the top and notify active users of anything significant.
